Welcome packs for all guests on arrival at our beautiful venue Rosemond, Sorrento.
Official meet and greet followed by a day full of wonderful movement, exploration and learning.
guests will have the option of a full day or an overnight experience.
All food and snacks are provided as well as a meal prep workshop and Q&A session with our qualified nutritionist.
There will be play sessions as well as free time to enjoy our beautiful venue and the Sorrento surrounds, as well as guided walks, meditation and movement sessions followed by Q&As with our dedicated and passionate team of health professionals.
