As a personal trainer I have spent the last 11 years helping people lead happier healthier lives.
However, along the way, I've learned that there is so much more to health than just diet and exercise.
It is a dream of mine, to help everyone else learn this too.
Your health is SO much more than a number on the scales or how far you can run.
We all need to show ourselves and each other more compassion and Vivacious Escapes is the place to do that.
It is a place to learn that movement can be fun, nourishing your body can be easy and delicious and that taking care of your mind and spirit is an integral part of your optimal wellbeing.
